How to do mental training

What is mental training?

Mental training consists on repeating affirmations to train our mind to focus on the results we want to achieve. It helps to develop a growth mindset.

How many times is mental training done during the class?

We must do mental training at least 5 to 7 times during the class

You can do it after each activity in the class flow. For example, after teaching grammar, you can make them repeat affirmations about how easy grammar is, how good their pronunciation is, etc.
